His attorney has filed a ‘motion to compel’ asking the court to order Mel to produce the records.
Mel B claimed Stephen beat her in 2014, "he slammed a door on her head and refused to get her help when she overdosed on Aspirin."
A 16-day trial has been scheduled for September 25.
