-The writing in Handbook for Mortals was so bad it made people think that it was written by the same author of the most legendary piece of fiction on the internet.
-Despite having lost access to her old ff.net account, she updated her old fictionpress.net to tell the world: "No, I am not Lani Sarem. Really bad fiction simply tends to read the same."
-Rumor has it she ghostwrites nonfiction books now, living her best life.
